At Talentspace, we are hiring for our first Marketing Lead that will help establish our marketing strategy and plan and execute high-quality campaigns to build the Talentspace brand and bring in new opportunities. To be successful you’ll create engaging interactions (content and experiences) that are both creative and polished.

You will report to Talentspace's co-founder/co-CEO, working closely with customer success, sales and product, as well as with our marketing counterparts from Handshake to deliver outstanding Marketing campaigns that drive trust and establishes Talentspace as the credible authority for early talent recruiting. 

In this role you will be part of a close-knit, high-impact cross functional team - together building a truly world-class SaaS platform to democratise access to careers for talent.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and deliver end-to-end campaigns that align with sales objectives and overall company targets
  • Articulate a compelling value proposition by developing a clear positioning and messaging around our key features from user research, market insights, and product understanding.
  • Manage and lead the development of all go-to-market content and experiences, including success stories, best practices, how-to guides, blog post to reach and connect with various segments
  • Measure what works and what doesn’t, and work to improve it.
  • Get creative and innovative with engagement, positioning and promotion - always be asking “what haven’t we tried or tested?”

Job requirements

  • Proven experience developing marketing plans and campaigns, ideally at a B2B SaaS company. Experience in HR Tech a plus.
  • Strong project management and cross-functional skills.
  • Experience leading the strategic direction, setting KPI’s, and successfully executing go-to-market plans.
  • Expertise leading messaging and content development.
  • Experience running integrated marketing campaigns.
  • Must be customer-centric, exceptionally detail-oriented, and results-driven.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must be fluent in German.
