The Role

As we are expanding the business, we're enlisting an entrepreneurial, and passionate Growth Manager to work across the product lifecycle to drive demand generation. As our first Growth Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in establishing growth strategies, setting priorities, running experiments across the funnel, and working cross-functionally with other A-players in the team on new product and marketing initiatives to meet ambitious revenue goals.

As a Growth Manager you will,

  • Develop a strategic plan for how Talentspace should grow in the short and long term
  • Find opportunities across the entire funnel to build a system of growth loops
  • Research and experiment with new growth channels and initiatives while solidifying proven channels, and constantly optimizing based on learnings and opportunities
  • Work cross-functionally (Product Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, Product development teams) to collaborate on demand generation initiatives
  • Devise measurement plans for high-risk and high-impact growth projects
  • Analyze data to monitor revenue performance and uncover areas for improvement

Job requirements

What you bring

  • You have a minimum of 2+ years of experience in a high-performance environment
  • You have a growth mindset. Testing and learning make your blood boil and you are always looking to acquire new skills.
  • You have an analytical mind, are comfortable setting up and running experiments, and are KPI-focused.
  • You are a force for good, with a high EQ and a positive attitude
  • You are fluent in written and spoken English, German is a big plus.
